The Thieves and The Rooster - Aesop's fables

One day some thieves entered a house to steal. Once inside, looking here and there, they found a rooster that, taken prisoner, carried him.

The rooster, in the hands of the undesirable, on the road told them, hiding their fear of stopping in a pot:

- Mr. thieves, I am not to blame for your bad luck finding nothing. Leave me free that I can not help you, because at home they only used me to wake up the workers.

- Leave you like this no more? No ..., -the malandrines replied grumpily, adding below:

- Precisely, from what you say, we will eat you.

Don't you realize, scoundrel, that if you wake up the owners they won't let us steal?

To the pot, silly!

On fast demand, spacious response.
